Temporarily closed after a fire; online ordering is also unavailable.
The Lexington Candy Factory's current notice says the business is temporarily closed because of a building fire and is not accepting online orders. A reopening date is not announced on the operator's page. This longtime uptown candy-shop story remains part of Lexington's local identity, but the former storefront is not currently an open shopping destination. Follow the official website for recovery announcements; do not rely on the old shopping hours still shown elsewhere on that page.
