Stoney Creek Marina offers bank fishing, rowboat rental and launching for canoes, kayaks and boats using electric trolling motors. Its 2026 marina season operates Friday and Saturday only, with a July-August closure. The city lists 8 a.m.-6 p.m. for September 14-October 18 and 8 a.m.-5 p.m. for October 19-November 1. Later November hours are still to be confirmed. The Haw River hiking-trail access outside the marina gate is available year-round.

Marina activity fees and cutoff times apply. Launches stop 90 minutes before closing; fishing and rentals end 30 minutes before closing. Call 336-264-0128 and check weather-related closures before visiting.
