The Farmhouse Community Center is open for reservation requests at 8300 Linville Road. It accommodates up to 50 people indoors. Onsite parking is limited; larger groups should plan to use the nearby Town Park parking area.
Reservations require the town's application and approval. Requests can take up to 30 days to process. Rentals are scheduled in whole hours, with a two-hour minimum, and a security deposit applies. Use the current booking page for resident/nonresident rates and all requirements, or call 336-644-7009.
Use the general Farmhouse booking choice; the separately labeled Senior Resident Program choice has its own eligibility. This is a reserved-use venue, not a promise of daily public drop-in activities.
