Randolph County outreach service
Residents unable to visit because of age, extended illness or a physical condition may qualify for free homebound library service. Staff assess eligibility and arrange monthly deliveries tailored to the reader, including regular and large-print books, audiobooks, DVDs and magazines. Call 336-318-6816 to discuss eligibility and delivery arrangements.
Extension staff also offer preschool and childcare outreach, including story visits and themed materials, subject to staffing and scheduling. Organizations should request an arrangement in advance; an advertised outreach service does not guarantee a particular visit or route.
