The center includes competition and dual gyms, a walking track, fitness and classroom spaces, a multipurpose room and a conference room. Building hours are Monday–Friday 8 AM–9 PM; administration hours are 9 AM–5 PM. Walking-track, open-gym and weekend availability follow the current monthly schedule, including event-related closures and delayed openings.
Create a recreation account and obtain the free pass card before using open gym or the walking track; check in each session. Enter through the front entrance. Children younger than 16 need a parent or guardian present. Organized practices are not permitted during open gym. Classes, court rentals and room reservations have separate schedules and charges.
