Kaleideum — Play, Discover and Explore
Kaleideum brings hands-on exhibits and STEAM learning together in downtown Winston-Salem. School-year public hours are Tuesday-Friday, 9 a.m.-5 p.m., and Saturday-Sunday, 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Regular school-year Mondays are members-only, 9 a.m.-noon, with exceptions for certain school-closure days.
Listed general admission is $15 for adults, $12 for ages 1-19 and $13 for ages 62 and older, plus North Carolina sales tax. Children 11 months and younger and members enter free. Digital Dome shows cost extra. SNAP/EBT or WIC cardholders can use the Museums for All offer with their card and photo ID: $3 per person for up to six people, paid with cash or another accepted payment method.

Check holiday hours and current ticket terms. Since July 1, 2026, the museum applies the ASTC home-address rule: reciprocal admission is not honored for visitors living within 90 miles. Contact the museum about specific access needs or membership benefits before buying tickets.
