Council and committee dates, meeting locations and links for public participation.
The Town of Elon welcomes public participation. Check the current agenda for meeting changes, public-comment procedures and assistance needs.
The live town calendar lists regular Council meetings September 28, October 13 and 26, November 10 and 23, and December 8 and 28, 2026, beginning at 6 PM. Council meets in the chambers at Town Hall, 104 South Williamson Avenue. The calendar allows 6–8 PM; the actual finish depends on the agenda. Special meetings and retreats may have separate notices. Confirm the late-December meeting before making a holiday trip.
Planning Board entries: October 20, November 17 and December 15, 6–7 PM. Use the current agenda to confirm the venue and participation arrangements.
Sustainability Committee: September 22, October 27, November 24 and December 22, 8:30–9:30 AM, in the Town Hall meeting room at 104 South Williamson Avenue. The public is invited.
